Ingredients

  • 2 small cups chopped mushrooms (175 g)
  • A pinch of pepper and some stalks of oregano
  • ½ medium cup low-fat cheese (95 g)
  • 8 pre-cooked lasagne plates (250 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (45 ml)
  • 4 large cups of spinach (600 g)
  • 1 tomato, julienne sliced ​​(85 g)
  • 3 cloves garlic (15 g)
  • ½ cup squash (50 g)
  • 1 medium onion (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (45 g)

Preparation

  • Preheat a pan with a little olive oil over low heat.
  • Add the squash first with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add onions and repeat the steps. Then add the rest of the vegetables (add mushrooms and garlic at the end).
  • Boil spinach separately in a saucepan with boiling water and salt over high heat for two minutes.

  • 1 cup tomato paste (115 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon pepper (45 g)
  • Beef (500 g)
  • ½ tablespoon salt (30 g)
  • ½ onion (50 g)
  • Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Prepare the meat in a medium saucepan over low heat with salt, pepper with a little bit of Worcestershire sauce, onion, tomato puree and green pepper for approx. 20 minutes until well cooked.
  • While the filling is cooking, prepare a pan on which to place the lasagna sheets.
  • When the filling is ready, repeat the following order: Lasagne plates, filling, sauce.
  • Spread the mozzarella cheese and bechamel sauce, little by little.
  • Repeat the process until it covers the entire surface of the dish.
  • Set the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
  • When ready, let stand for five minutes before serving.
