  • One kg of strawberries
  • 9 dl natural yoghurt
  • 1 dl water, milk and lemon juice
  • Grenadine syrup (for taste)
  • A little strawberry ice cream

Course of action

  • Clean the strawberries and remove the stems
  • Put them in the blender together with yogurt, water, milk and lemon juice
  • Blend it all until the desired consistency is achieved
  • Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes
  • Take a small bowl of ice cream and pour the smoothie over (or just drink it as it is)

2. Natural strawberry smoothie

  • About 15 strawberries
  • 1 dl natural yoghurt
  • 1 dl coconut water or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Course of action

  • Wash and clean the strawberries (if using fresh)

  • Seven large and ripe strawberries
  • A splash of vanilla

Course of action

  • Clean the strawberries
  • Pour all the ingredients together in the blender and blend until you have a creamy consistency

  • 2 dL water
