Ingredients (4 people)

  • 300 grams of pasta
  • 225 grams of shrimp, washed and peeled
  • 3 lemons
  • 150 cream cheese or quark
  • Basil
  • Garlic powder
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Course of action

  • To begin with, place a pan over medium heat and add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add shrimp to the pan when hot enough.
  • Cook it for 7-10 minutes, then take the prawns off the pan and set them aside.
  • Grate the lemons without reaching the white part and cut the rest into small pieces.
  • Then add the lemon pieces to the pan and stir to help them release the juice.
