Get rid of lice the natural way

Unfortunately, lice can be annoying when they come in contact with you or your children. After all, the small animals are able to reproduce easily. Get rid of lice here in the article.

Lice of this type only affect humans.  Although they can be extremely bothersome (and cause a lot of irritation and shame), they are not associated with any serious health issues.

Although they are not dangerous, we strongly doubt that some will just go and wait and hope that these little animals find a new home.

Lice will not magically disappear.  In fact, the only way to get rid of them instantly would be to cut all your hair off!

But since we know that you may be happy with your hair and may not want to do anything so drastic, we  will show you some natural methods to help get rid of lice.

Use mayonnaise to get rid of lice

Mayonnaise

Covering all your hair with mayonnaise is perhaps  the most effective natural way to fight lice.  This is because, thanks to its consistency, it is a powerful tool that can help suffocate the little annoying creatures.

If the mayonnaise does not kill all the lice by suffocating them, those who survive first use will end up being dazed and trapped in the sauce. The survivors can be removed by using a fine comb – it’s that simple!

Then make sure you wash your hair thoroughly. We recommend  repeated treatments once a week for best results.

A wonderful side effect is that this treatment will leave your hair shiny and healthy thanks to the properties of mayonnaise.

Get rid of lice with olive oil

Olive oil has a  thick consistency, which like mayonnaise helps to eradicate lice by suffocating them.

  • To use this method, simply take a good amount of olive oil and get it directly into one’s hair.
  • If you have very long hair, you can take sections and add the oil a little at a time until it covers all the hair.
  • Then you cover your hair with a bathing cap or a chain and  let the olive oil sit all night to perform miracles.
  • In the morning, take the cap or towel off the hair and remove the lice using a fine comb. Then just wash your hair as usual.

Get rid of lice with garlic

This method is very different and does not depend on greasy or viscous ingredients to remove lice by suffocation. It’s an excellent technique – as long as you are not sensitive to the smell of garlic!

You will need between  10 and 20 cloves of garlic, all depending on the length of your hair.

  • Peel and mash the garlic cloves until you get a smooth paste.
  • Then you just get the paste directly into your hair.
  • Let it sit and work for between  40 minutes and an hour.
  • Then simply wash your hair using your usual shampoo.

Do not think too much about the strong scent – it will disappear with the help of shampoo.

Get rid of lice with salt

Salt

As you probably already know, salt is one of the most natural ingredients when it comes to getting rid of unwanted junk.

When combined with vinegar, it provides an excellent blend that will help you  remove those nasty lice forever so you can put the annoying problem behind you.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of salt
  • 125 ml vinegar

Progress

  • Mix salt in the vinegar until well blended.
  • Then it gets into the hair until all your hair is covered.
  • Cover it with a bathing cap and  let it work overnight.
  • The next day you wash your hair as usual and check that the lice are gone.

When using this treatment,  be very careful not to get it in your eyes.  After all, these two ingredients, when mixed together, can cause serious problems for one’s eyesight.

Use Vaseline

Vaseline

It is another method of fighting lice that uses a greasy ingredient.

  • Put a good amount of Vaseline in your hair.
  • Then  cover it with a bathing cap and let it work overnight.
  • The following morning, remove the Vaseline using some baby oil, then rinse thoroughly with water and then apply a fine comb.

Keep in mind that Vaseline has an extremely thick consistency. It can even end up clogging the pores of your skin. For that reason, it is best to  avoid getting large amounts directly on your skin, but to focus on getting it directly into the hair instead.

In addition, you should be sure  not to use this treatment for more than three days in a row.

Get rid of lice with tea tree oil

Too slow oil

If what you are looking for is a natural – but a little less drastic – method of getting rid of lice that will give you good results, then be sure you try this oil. It is highly recommended thanks to its strong insect repellent properties.

In addition  , it is a kind of milder solution than salt, Vaseline and garlic.

  • Just use the amount of tea tree oil that you need and do not use too much. However, make  sure that all your hair is well covered.
  • To avoid discomfort, you can cover your head with a bathing cap or towel and  let the tea tree oil sit and work overnight.
  • The next day, brush your hair thoroughly and rinse it thoroughly with water. Repeat this process every night for a week.

Get rid of lice naturally

We know that there are also a large number of commercial products out there that are made to get rid of lice. The problem, however, is that some of the chemicals they use can also be very harmful.

  • We recommend that you choose a treatment from one of the above – choose any that interests you. The actual mixture with salt and vinegar is less harmful than the commercial options available.
  • You can also  try these treatments as many times as you think are necessary to get rid of the problem.
  • If lice are still present among the people around you, we recommend that you continue to apply your chosen treatment for a few days.
  • Lastly, do not forget  that you can also try different methods,  and switch between them to get the best results.

Get rid of lice, try these natural solutions.
