Remember to wash your wings well and spray them with lemon juice to clean them. Here are the simple steps to prepare this popular dish:

  1. Chop onion and garlic clove very finely.
  2. Put the butter and a little olive oil in a pan if desired. Pour the chopped onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat.
  3. Once the onion and garlic are browned, add all the other ingredients except the wings, salt and pepper. Stir constantly.

  11. Place in the oven again for approx. 5 minutes and that’s it!
