  • 1 onion (100 g)
  • 1 red pepper (150 g)
  • 4 teaspoons salt (20 g)
  • 1 cup milk (225 ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (100 ml)
  • 1/3 pack asparagus (50 g)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (45 g)
  • 1 packet of spaghetti (1 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (5 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour (60 g)
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary (10 g)

Preparation

  • First cut cubes and red peppers into cubes. Add the olive oil to a saucepan or steamer, along with the chopped vegetables.
  • Next, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of rosemary over them. You should sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, then add the water and cover it. Steam the vegetables for 20 minutes until soft.
  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until it boils. You can add half an onion if you like.
  • Then melt the margarine in a separate pan over low heat.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix it until it forms a dough.
  • When the milk and the mixture of margarine and flour are ready, add both to a separate pan over low heat, and whisk the mixture until there are no lumps.

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (100 g)
